Rooted in Science
Our founder spent the majority of her career working as a speech-language pathologist at some of the top medical centers in the United States, including Rush University Medical Center and The University of Chicago Medical Center. Her practice focused on working with patients to improve their language skills following neurological injury, including stroke and traumatic brain injuries. Following a brain injury, gains in language functioning occur due to neuroplasticity, which is the brain’s ability to reorganize both physically and functionally.
The principals of neuroplasticity are incorporated into most brain rehabilitation speech therapy. A growing body of research supports the role that neuroplasticity plays in learning new information for individuals who have not experienced brain injury, as well. Therefore, our founder implemented the principles of neuroplasticity, (specificity, repetition, and intensity) into the enunc8 training programs, in order to accelerate the learning process.

Do you have nomenclature that is specific to your industry that can be difficult to pronounce? Or perhaps a call center script that your agents need to perfect? We provide options for customized content, allowing your employees to improve those difficult to pronounce terms and phrases that are so important in order to express the value of your product or service. Not interested in this option? We have a training plan that focuses on business English terms, as well.

Group Training
Virtual training occurs in small groups from 5-10 employees and extends for 10 hours over two weeks, with the option for additional bonus training. Why small groups? Because small groups allow for the trainer to provide consistent guidance and feedback for all participants. Also, group training helps participants to hear and gain insight from other participant's performance.

Continuing Education
Ten hours of training provides the cornerstone for greatly improved English pronunciation skills; however, just like when learning any new task, ongoing practice is essential. You can provide your employees access to ongoing guidance and practice via access to our learning management system. Your employees can continue to practice at work or from the comfort of their home, on the clock or on their own time.
